I live in the 2200 block of Payne and have seen a disturbing lack of parking space for residents in our area since the opening of The Hub. Businesses are coming in and that is good in one way but not when you have to park more than a block away and carry groceries or children into homes. This occurred to me as I looked out an upstairs window around 6:30 pm and saw more than normal traffic, moving slowly, possibly looking for parking spaces.  And I decided not to go to the grocery store tonight. This is an exceptionally busy area now and all of the things that go along with that are hurting the RESIDENTS. Are they using the Clifton Center? And how in the world did a 7000 square foot business get passed by zoning with only 11 parking spots available in a residential neighborhood? And they close at 4 am.
